Refund and Returns Policy

I am a very small and humble merchant selling funny t-shirts, coffee mugs and other products on the Internet. When you return an item or items the cost typically comes out of my pocket. So, please be sure about the item you are purchasing before you hit the Buy button. Make sure this is the item that you want and that the shipping address is correct. And yes, I appreciate your business.

All items are print-on-demand, which means once you order them, then I print them. If you return items to me, I cannot resell them and I have no storage to keep them.

Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or you simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a refund.

Also Note: Some of our items are printed in and ship from China so it will take extra long (2 or 3 weeks) for them to arrive. Some of the items that ship from China include men’s and women’s underwear and other undergarments, bathing suits, board shorts, sports bras and more. If you’re unsure, please ask. Once the item has been purchased it cannot be cancelled.

Our (really “my” but I say “our” throughout this page), refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Items that cannot be returned under any circumstances including women’s panties, men’s undies, sports bras and swimwear.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact Us.

To return your product, email us for the shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
